Great Indian Recipes From my Mother's Kitchen:-)

Mother's are always GREAT COOKS and so is my mother too...
Home cooked food is liked by every person almost,and its
awesome,the smell itself makes us hungry,stomach fills up
but not the tastebuds....:-)
Sharing a recipe from my mother's Kitchen:try n Enjoy eating
it...Let me know how it turns out...

BUTTER CHICKEN:YIPPY! MY MOUTH HAS STARTED WATERING:-))

INGREDIENTS:-
CHICKEN-1Kg
CURD-300gms.
TOMATO PUREE-100gms.
GINGER-GARLIC PASTE-2 tbsp.
RED CHILLI POWDER-1tsp.
CASHEW NUT PASTE-50gms
SALT TO TASTE
BLACK PEPPER POWDER-1tsp
FOOD COLOUR-a pinch.
GARAM MASALA POWDER-1tsp.
BUTTER-100gms.
KASOORI METHI..
CHILLI SAUCE-2tbsp.
TOMATO SAUCE-2tbsp.

PREPARATION:-


1.Mariante the chicken in curd with all the spices in it ,given above.Keep it aside for 3 hours.

2.In a kadhai,put in the butter and then add in the cahew nut paste when butter gets hot.

3.Add in the tomato puree,tomato n chilli sauce,salt,chilli powder,pepper powder...

4.take the marinated chicken and cook it seperately from the gravy until it gets soft n the extra water evaporates.

5.Mix the cooked chicken in to the gravy add Kasoori methi to it....

Hey !the Butter Chicken is ready to be served and eat.....

All good things need time to be made and so does this chicken too:-))
